Update
Your Web Software
update
This is generally the first problem area if you cannot connect to our web cast. Live 365 Player is constantly being updated by our streaming service, so it's a good idea to also update Windows Media Player when possible. Also, make sure you're using the latest version of your preferred web browser.
Click HERE to update Windows Media Player and Internet Explorer.
Click your browser's name to update: Opera, Firefox, Safari

Update
Java
java
Live 365 Player relies on a combination of your operating system and Java to effectively work. If you haven't updated Java within Windows, Mac OS or Linux, do so to ensure proper operation. You can get the update by clicking HERE.

Known Issues With Firefox

The Firefox web browser is problematic when interacting with Live 365 Player. Some of our listeners have reported problems ranging from it being difficult to get a connection to being impossible. If you have already updated Firefox and Java and still cannot get a connection to The CFO's web cast, then see if Firefox is set to block pop ups in its "options" menu and if it is set to block cookie downloads. If it is, click the options to allow both. If you still cannot connect, see the "Browser Independent Listening" section of this web page for a resolution.
